Return & Exchange Policy
At Marvi Couture, we are committed to delivering a luxury shopping experience from start to finish. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns by mail or in store within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn, undamaged, and unaltered

Original tags and packaging intact (if applicable)

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back with an explanation. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items Not Eligible for Return

Final Sale, Clearance items

Gourmet, monogrammed, or personalized products

Used promotional gift card amounts (see below)
Category-Specific Policies
Dresses
Some dresses include a security tag that must remain attached. If the tag is removed, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Intimates & Swimwear
Must be returned with all hygiene seals intact for health and safety reasons.
Gifts With Purchase
If returning an item that came with a free gift, the gift must be included in the return.
Promotional Gift Cards
If you return an item purchased with a digital promotional gift card, the gift card amount may be reduced or voided. If the card has already been used, its value may be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping Fees

A $9.95 fee will be deducted from your refund for each mailed return.

If returning multiple items at the same time, the return shipping fee will be deducted only once.

Separate return shipments may incur additional fees.
To return an item:

Remove all previous shipping labels and barcodes

Only include items from the same order
-
Drop off at any FedEx location or participating partner (not a FedEx drop box)

For QR code returns, bring the item to a participating location
Price Adjustments
We offer a one-time price adjustment within 7 days of your purchase for full-price items that go on sale. Submit requests online for review.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. may also initiate returns using our international return process.
Return Abuse Notice
To maintain the integrity of our luxury service, we reserve the right to restrict or refuse transactions if an unreasonable pattern of returns is identified.
